Boo Basket

With Halloween fast approaching and one of my favourite social media trends in the boo basket, although I haven't received one yet, there is always time, maybe this year. So here are some of my ideas if you are thinking of making one, and what you could include; Obviously, a cute basket of your choosing, Comfy slippers, Cute blanket, Ghost pillow or something else spooky, A scented candle, something with pumpkins, Pumpkin sugar scrub, Halloween mug, Favourite Halloween snack, Fluffy socks, Seasonal PJs, Pumpkin spice body wash, face mask, and lotion, and a decor piece or stuffed animal to finish it off.

Routines

 Routines, what are they and why are they so important? Routines are like hair gel they can make or break your day, if you start the day off with a fulfilling morning routine nothing can stop you, so why do we neglect having a successful morning routine. Well, I don't know the answer but I do it too, which is why I'm here I'm going to help you help me into bettering ourselves.

So what makes a successful morning routine, in most articles they say wake up two hours before you need to, my question for them is what do you do for work to be able to do that, as some people have to already wake up a 4am like I used to, so in order to have a 'successful morning routine' you want me to wake up at 2am, your kidding right? We are not going to worry about that kind of crap in our morning routine, I'm not going to add times or time limits I'm just going to offer suggestions and what work for me. Lets be honest we are all different and not everything I do is going to work for you.

I have found having a soothing alarm noise is best, personally I have birds chirping which makes me wake up feeling like a Disney princess, obviously not looking like one but I'm working on it, so find your calming noise.

Next I usually go to the bathroom may be too much information but its important and something I think we all do, right? But it seems to be the most missed in other peoples routines for some reason.

A glass of water with a hydralyte or just a plain glass of water is also beneficial, to rehydrate your body after what I presume was an 8 hour sleep. Also add in a good morning stretch to get your body moving.

Skincare and haircare, yeah unless I'm having a shower I'll try to do my skincare and haircare next, just to get it out of the way and to feel beautiful and refreshed for breakfast.

You guessed it, breakfast is next, and yes I know a lot of us skip breakfast including myself most of the time but when I do have breakfast I feel so good about the day, or you can just have your coffee and call it a morning, really I'm not one to judge.

Next brush teeth and get dressed, for me the hardest part of the morning is getting dress, I'm so indecisive and can never pick what I want to wear, most of the time I end up on Pinterest looking for inspiration.

Now you are ready to start your day with a smile on your dial.
